Four people were injured in a car vs. truck accident on June 18. The four passengers, from Grove City, Pa, were all injured but none of the injuries were life-threatening.
The crash occurred around 10 a.m. when a tractor-trailer got into the passing lane to get into the driving lane. This caused the passenger car to slide sideways and lodge underneath the trailer.
A 45-year-old passenger was taken by air support to the hospital. Three others, including a three-month-old child were taken to the hospital by ambulance. The highway was closed for nearly an hour as emergency crews cleaned up the street.
Truck accidents can cause serious injury to all involved, our thoughts are with the friends and family of the victims.
